We created 8thousand because you should be able to get that first sip feeling no matter where you are.

We are adventurers and end up in remote places quite often. Why can't we have delicious coffee out there, too?

Our mission and values

Cafe-quality

Our mission is to create a cafe-quality latte in a convenient to-go bottle. Our lattes have a taste and quality up there with some of the best local coffee shops.

Pure & whole ingredients

Our lattes are crafted with whole milk, pure freeze-dried coffee powder, and pure espresso powder. We do our best to use all pure flavor add-ins, such as our 100% pure lavender powder and sweetened honey powder.

Customer happiness is #1

Our customers come first. If you aren't happy, there is no one to serve our lattes to. We strive to take care of our customers and listen to your valuable feedback.

Our products are hand-made by us, here in the beautiful United States of America. And we plan to keep it this way.

"What does 8THOUSAND mean?"

8THOUSAND is an ode to the eight-thousanders, the 14 tallest mountains in the world that measure over 8,000 meters tall. These mountains are trecherous, monstrous, and astonishing. Their beauty is unmatched.

Although you may not enjoy one of our lattes on an eight-thousander, we hope you do occasionally enjoy them in the mountains. Life is better lived outside.

Meet the founder

"I’m Brianna, an avid coffee enthusiast and camping lover. I have always struggled to find a delicious coffee to wake up to (that didn't require a bunch of equipment or work), so I came up with the idea to craft an instant latte using espresso powder and natural, whole flavors. I hope you enjoy them as much as I do."
